The fused layers of open-pore foaming fine inner foam trap even the smallest particles.  The new, rounder design and minimised shorter seams boost airflow.

Twin Air filters are assembled by hand and inspected for a perfect fit - Reusing a Twin air filter 40-50 times is common.A Pre Oiled filter is submerged in Bio Liquid Power Oil and massaged to ensure all the pores are evenly coated.  Its then placed in a temperature-controlled room to allow the oil to cure.  You just have to install it and use it.
