Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock orders process in 1–3 business days, then take 2–7 business days in transit. Special-order and drop-shipped parts may take longer. You’ll get tracking by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $100, applied automatically at checkout. Exclusions apply to oversized/freight items, complete bikes, hazmat products, and certain special-order parts.
Why did my order arrive in multiple boxes?
We source from our own inventory and several distributors (Parts Unlimited, WPS, Turn 14, and others), so one order can ship from multiple warehouses — sometimes arriving on different days with separate tracking numbers.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping to AK/HI, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO may be limited. For international inquiries, contact us before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days with an RMA. Some items are final sale (electrical, tires/wheels once mounted, worn gear, chemicals, special orders, clearance). Restocking fees up to 15% may apply. See our Refund & Return Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email support@sistersmoto.com or call 541-803-8385 with your order number to request an RMA before shipping anything back. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no cost to you.
Orders & Payment
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel or edit before an order ships or before a special-order part is placed with our distributor. After that, the standard return process applies.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay — all processed securely at checkout.
Fitment & Products
How do I find the right part for my bike?
Use the Shop-by-Vehicle and OEM lookup tools to filter by year, make, and model. Not sure? Call 541-803-8385 or use the contact form before ordering — fitment is the buyer’s responsibility.
How do warranties work?
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If a part develops a fault, contact us and we’ll help you start a claim with the brand.
How do I order a complete bike (Stark Varg, Sherco, Fantic)?
Complete motorcycles often involve freight, special handling, or dealer pickup. Reach out and our team will walk you through availability, delivery, and any freight details.

Yes. Visit us at 465 W. HWY 20, Sisters, OR 97759. Hours: Mon–Fri 10am–6pm · Sat 9am–4pm · Sun Closed. Choose local pickup at checkout where available and we’ll email you when your order is ready.
