Shipping Policy
Sisters Moto ships off-road parts, gear, and accessories across the United States from our shop in Sisters, Oregon and directly from our distribution partners. Here’s what to expect from order to doorstep.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Special-order and distributor-shipped parts may take additional time before they ship — we’ll let you know if there’s a delay.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Rates are calculated live at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Free Standard Shipping applies to qualifying orders over $100 shipped within the contiguous USA.
- Free shipping exclusions: oversized/freight items, complete bikes, tires/wheels where noted, hazmat products, and certain heavy or special-order parts. These display their own shipping cost at checkout.
Carriers & Delivery Estimates
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Typical transit time after processing is 2–7 business days depending on your location and the warehouse fulfilling your order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and peak periods.
Multiple Shipments
Because we source from several distributors (such as Parts Unlimited, WPS, and Turn 14) and our own inventory, a single order may arrive in multiple packages from different locations, sometimes on different days. You may receive more than one tracking number for one order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking. Allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Hazmat & Restricted Items
Oils, chemicals, aerosols, batteries, and similar hazardous-materials items ship by ground only and cannot be expedited or shipped by air. Some items can’t ship to certain destinations due to carrier regulations.
Freight & Oversized Items / Bikes
Large items and complete motorcycles (Stark Varg, Sherco, Fantic, and others) may ship by LTL freight, require special handling, or be arranged for dealer pickup. Our team will coordinate delivery details and any freight charges with you directly.
Local Pickup
Prefer to pick up in person? Select local pickup at checkout where available and collect your order at our shop: 465 W. HWY 20, Sisters, OR 97759. Store hours: Mon–Fri 10am–6pm · Sat 9am–4pm · Sun Closed. We’ll email you when your order is ready.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses may be limited or carry additional cost. For international inquiries, contact us before ordering.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Sisters Moto isn’t responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-shipping a returned-to-sender package may incur additional shipping charges.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery (or expected delivery) date with your order number and photos so we can file a carrier claim and get a resolution moving.
